Welcome to Moncton Wesleyan! This is week four of our Family Matters series! This week, Pastor Joel will be wrapping up our series by talking about how to work together as a family, no matter what stage of life we’re in. |
Anytime is a good time to express appreciation for pastors, especially during Pastor Appreciation Month in October. Across North America, churches give focused attention to appreciating their pastors in tangible ways this month. The church board, on behalf of the congregation, has given each pastor a small token of appreciation, and would like to encourage each of you to send a note of encouragement. |
Current members need to reaffirm their membership commitment annually. Grab a hard copy to sign at the info centre in the atrium or online at mw.church/membership. If you are not currently a member, join the next class on November 4th. Let’s join together as fully invested partners in what God is doing at Moncton Wesleyan! |
Would you like to explore being part of our Haiti Mission trip? Trip dates are March 25th – April 4th. God willing, we will be constructing washroom facilities to complete the development work in the village of Babaco, celebrating with the church and other partners, doing prison ministry in Port-au-Prince, and more! Come upstairs to room 254 following service on the this Sunday. |
We are starting the Christmas season off by collecting items for Harvest House and the Christmas Stocking Campaign! We will be gathering various items like winter clothing for men, women, and children; and other hygiene items such as face cloths, chapstick, feminine products, deodorant, toothbrushes & more. For a full list of what to donate, contact the church office or visit the Because Love bin located in the Atrium. We will be collecting items from November 4th to December 9th. Thank you for helping our city’s less fortunate! |
If you want to sponsor a child in Babaco, Haiti as mentioned in the service last week, go to mw.church/babacosponsor. |
Imagine if an empty apartment could be filled with Christ’s love. All Nations Ministry is collecting good used couches, chairs, tables, and dressers to assist those newcomers who are in need and locals in crisis. Want to donate? Call the church at 857-2293. Pick-up available. Because Love Changes Everything! |
