May 6, 2018

We believe that the most powerful force for change in all the universe is the love of God. For the next few weeks, we will be learning about the vision that we have as a church to go out and show the love of God, and be the Church that God has called us to be!
Because Love Changes Everything.

Are you excited about what God is doing at Moncton Wesleyan? If you would like to learn more about becoming a member, we are having a class Sunday after church in the Board Room (221). Let’s join together as fully invested partners in what God is doing at Moncton Wesleyan!

One Conference is  a multi-denominational conference for students and youth leaders in Moncton, NB on May 11-12. This is going to be a HUGE event – over 1000 students and leaders will be gathering to have fun and worship Jesus. Moncton Wesleyan is looking for YOU to be part by volunteering! For more details about One Conference visit onecon.ca To sign up to volunteer, visit mw.church/one

On May 13 during the service, we will be celebrating the amazing women in our lives that we call “Mother”. Tracy Gorveatte will be our special guest, along with other surprises throughout the service.

On May 27, join us for Family church. A combined service for all ages, coming together to worship and experience Jesus. To encourage families to sit together, elementary and preschool will be closed that morning. Nursery will be limited.

It’s that time of year again, when warm breezes blow, and Moncton Christian Academy holds its annual golf fundraiser. All golfers, please mark your calendar for June 9th. And for those of you who support our school with your sponsorship, thank you again for your continued support again this year. For more information, please contact MCA during school hours or see the booth in the atrium. Thank you for supporting Moncton Christian Academy!

This is GIVE week of Love My City Month. We have a tremendous story
of an unborn life saved and a mother who was transformed that you will
not want to miss. Pastor Joel will be speaking and we will take an offering for three community partners: The Pregnancy and Wellness Centre, Crossroads for Women, and Moncton Headstart. We are asking everyone to consider giving around $40 towards this, less if you have less means and more if you have more. Let’s shock our city with God’s
generous love!
