This summer our teaching series is about the power of Christ to make things new in every area of our lives. Because we serve a God who brings new beginnings!

We are thrilled that so many people are connecting with the church in this season. Have you considered what is the next step in your faith journey? If you have made the decision to surrender your life to Jesus, Baptism is the next step. If you would like to make that decision to go ALL IN with your faith in Jesus or maybe you have questions. We would love to invite you to join us for Back to School blessing on September 6! Invite friends, family, neighbours, and coworkers! We are going to pray a blessing over everyone who works in the school system that day and also for all students who are heading back to school during these challenging times. Join us as we start the school year off together

Our prayer ministry is here for you! If you would like prayer, want to pray with others, or would like to join us online for prayer you can visit mw.church/prayer to get information on times & sign up. Online prayer happens on Tuesday mornings or at 7 am or on Sunday mornings at 9 am.

August 24th will be our FINAL Family Kids’ World of the summer! If you haven’t already, or even if you have, sign up your family to join us for an hour of activities, worship, crafts, and an important Christ-centered lesson for your kids. Register at mw.church/familykw and join us from 7-8 pm for an amazing, fun experience! This is your LAST CHANCE to attend and space is limited, so be sure to sign up quickly! God is moving in PRYME. Our big goal at Pryme is to help students have a faith of their own that lasts and this summer we’ve seen our students step it up in their faith.

Here’s one big win:

Just last week, we have seven new students come to youth for the first time… SEVEN! Students inviting students is one of the things we get most excited about because this shows that our teens are really bought into spreading the love of Jesus to their friends.

Could you do us a big favour though? Could you partner with us in prayer? We believe that God wants to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20) but a key to unlocking this is through prayer. Thanks in advance, so thrilled for all that God is going to do!
